Highly recommend these guys! Unfortunately my phone wasn't repairable, but they worked on it for 2 days and kept trying to be sure. I ended up buying a new phone and went back to these guys to get all my data transferred between the two phones. They also set me up with a screen protector, case and charger as well. I had two old phones—an iPhone 7 and an iPhone 6s Plus—that needed battery replacements. I first went to TechnoFix in Whangarei, where they were able to replace the iPhone 7 battery. However, they told me that my iPhone 6s Plus was no longer working, even though it had been functioning earlier that same morning. I was told the phone's software was likely gone and that it couldn't be fixed.

I then took the same phone to Phone Zone, just down the street in Whangarei CBD. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes, and not only did they fix the phone, but they also replaced the battery and charged me only for the battery replacement.

Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Phone Zone over TechnoFix for phone repairs. They were fast, efficient, and honest.

The shop offer a great service selling phones with 6 months warranty. I bought an iphone - 4 months ago abd working perfectly. I just came to change the protection screen for my other phone and the same staff is still working there. Kajal is very kind attentive to details and offer great service and advise.
